Our 1 bedroom/1 full bathroom apartments rent for $900.00 per month.

Our 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom apartments rent for $1,150.00 per month.

Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent.  

We only have 1 & 2 bedroom apartments! 

We DO NOT have 3 bedroom or studio apartments.

What bills are included in the rent?

We pay for Water, Sewer and Trash.  

Residents are responsible for Electricity (avg. approx. $120/month) as well as any Television and/or Internet services.  

Are pets allowed?

YES! We allow 2 pets per apartment up to 70 lbs each.  Pet owners are subject to a pet deposit of $500.00 per pet.  Pet rent of $25.00/month for pets up to 35 lbs, and $50.00/month for pets 36-70 lbs. 

What amenities are offered?

A full-size high-efficiency washer and dryer are provided in every apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a double sink with disposal, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, and refrigerator.

Other community amenities include our clubhouse, fitness center, seating areas with gas grills provided, community fire-pit, and fenced-in dog park.

Is this a low-income property?

No. The Village at The Plaza is considered to be moderate income housing.  

We require a monthly household income of at least 3 times the monthly rent rate in order to pre-qualify.  There is no income restriction for qualification.  

I've applied, what happens now?

If an apartment comes available, we will review your application to make sure we can meet your needs.  If you are pre-approved based on household income, you will receive an email to request your personal background check. We have partnered with TransUnion SmartMove so that your personal information remains private.  Simply follow the instructions in the email, provide some identifying information and pay their $30.00 fee. Then, they send the information we need right to us!  

If approved we will set up a time to view an apartment.
