2) Call us at (620) 417-4912 to schedule an appointment to look at an apartment.    

How does it work?

1) Fill out and submit your application.  

2) We'll look over it to make sure we can meet your needs.

3) Once you are pre-approved you will receive a link, via email, to request your personal background check.  We have partnered with TransUnion SmartMove so that your personal information remains private.   

4) Follow the instructions in the email, provide some identifying information and pay their $30 fee.
